I recently started jogging. I'm taking it slow with walk and jog intervals. My goal is to be able to jog for thirty minute per day four times a week. I also included a group of  stomach toning exercises and already I've notice a difference. I really don't want to give up on this training because it's been a long time coming for me.  Hopefully by spring  I'll be there.

I have begun to like working out so much that weighing myself and focusing on my size is not as important anymore, It's part of my life now. Don't get me wrong, I think there's still a possibility that I could lose desire for it. Sometimes I wish I had a consistent workout partner or even accountability partner. Go at it all alone is what I plan to do proudly though until that happens.

  1. Exercising has always been hard for me too. I hate doing it alone. You lose you motivation quick. I am the only one in my family trying to change so it does get difficult. Keep your head up honey. God's always has your back.
