I'm down another 2 lbs. First out of the 200's now under 190 yay! It's so weird though because it's not as difficult as I thought it would be at this point. I'm learning to say no when I want to eat things I shouldn't and when I don't wanna work out. Right now I'm dealing with a lot of challenges in my life and I'm determined to not let them stop me from achieving my goals. The pattern in my life to not achieve goals due to family and friends needing me must stop. It has taken a great toll on me. I'm learning I need people to support me as well. Love
