 I'm down another 2 lbs. First out of the 200's now under 190 yay!  It's so weird though because it's not  as difficult as I thought it would be at this point. I'm learning to say no when I want to eat things I shouldn't and when I don't wanna work out. Right now I'm dealing with a lot of challenges in my life and I'm determined to not let them stop me from achieving my goals.  The pattern in my life to not achieve goals due to family and friends needing me must stop. It has taken a great toll on me. I'm learning I need people to support me as well. Love

Ok I'm super excited. I tried on all my size 12 pants and they fit. Yay!! My goal know is to be wearing a size 8 by summer. I realized I can't really determine my progress solely on my weight because of the weight lifting. Making sure that my diet is in tact is a beast though but I am doing better :)

More good news my daughter has lost els also. I think it's due to us eating differently though. Making changes for the better affects the entire family. Love

I got up this morning and weighed myself. Results: I'm down another 2 lbs. 191lbs Fitting into all my old clothes has been great. It's taking a longer time to bust the lbs down but I think It's because of the weight lifting. I'm willing to take my time though. Ultimately I wanna be healthy and physically fit.

I am currently at 193lbs.  It took a while two break the last two pounds because my workout consist of lots weight workouts. I'm back into my size 12 jeans but not comfortably. Hey I'm in them though. LOL
