I went to the gym and had a two hour workout.  Cardio and weight training. On the other hand my eating was horrible. I'm looking forward to tomorrow though, praying that I make better decisions.

Weight Lost

Ok I've decided today that I'm going to become way more serious about losing this 20 pounds. I'm currently 197 pounds. Eating more healthily and exercising is what I plan to do. I'm hoping that by sticking to writing about it on my blog weekly it would encourage me to stick to my goals. Well, here we go!!!
